2009-10 Campaign- Final Report Coming in February!

United Way is working this month to wrap up the Annual Pledge Drive. Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers and organizations for their support!   All donations will be maximized and invested back into our community to meet critical needs all year.

Current Totals:  $261,000.

Goal: $300,000.

We need your help to reach our Community Goal!

Murder Mystery Dinner Show

Murder on Mitchell Street!

Saturday, February 27

6:00- 9:00 p.m.

LImited number of Tickets available : $45 or 2 for $80

Ticket price includes Dinner, Show, Murder Mystery & Prizes

Table Sponsorships Offered-   Includes Two Murder Mystery Dinner Tickets, and multi-media recognition including option to participate as a cast member. Table Sponsorship donation requested: $200

Silent Auction- June 2010

Please join the fun in this exciting community event to benefit the 23 local Programs supported by United Way of Wexford-Missaukee. Local merchants can show their support for our community by donating an item or Gift Certificate. Volunteers are needed to help us make this year's Silent Auction the best yet.

Contact the United Way office if you can help! Thank you to Rexair and Deb Vennema for outstanding leadership and volunteer support for this event. We need more corporate sponsors and volunteers to help.

12th Annual Sue Westhauser Golf Outing- July 14  

This annual Charity Golf Outing is held on Wednesday in mid July at McGuire's Resort. Teams and Hole Sponsors are needed! If you can sponsor a team or hole, or would like to sign up to volunteer- give us a call at the United Way office at    Ph: 231-775-3753. The Golf outing is a 4 person scramble with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. and refreshments and proizes under the tent after the game.

Corporate Sponsorships are available for United Way of Wexford-Missaukee Counties' annual events. Event Sponsorships are available for the Sue Westhauser Golf Classic, Silent Auction, Leadership Luncheon, the April Annual Meeting, and the 20010-11 Campaign Kick-off.

Hold a special event for United Way

You can make an impact by holding a special fun event at your workplace, club, or home. Call Diane at United Way for helpful ideas.

Advocate

Support and speak out for solutions in our community. Join United Way and other Community Partners to champion Early Childhood, work to reduce Child Abuse and Neglect, and to Strengthen the financial stability of families. These long term outcomes will advance the common good for all.
